We're on a mission to make learning magical for young children — through play, creativity and a whole lot of fun. No pressure, no stress, just joy.
Our Mission
We believe every child deserves access to high-quality, fun learning — regardless of background, ability or where they live.
Woofie & Friends exists to give children aged 3–8 a safe, joyful space to explore, discover and grow. Everything on the platform is free, with no in-app purchases and no data collection from children.
We want learning to feel like an adventure — because when children are having fun, that's when the magic happens. ✨
What We Believe
Everything we build is guided by a few core values:
- Learning through play — children learn best when they don't even realise they're learning
- Kindness matters — Woofie teaches empathy, sharing and friendship alongside ABCs and 123s
- Every child is welcome — inclusive, accessible and designed for all abilities
- Safety first — no data collection from children, no in-app purchases, and children are always prompted to ask a grown-up before signing in
- Free for everyone — great learning shouldn't have a price tag
How It Started
Woofie & Friends started with a simple idea: what if learning felt like playing?
As a parent, I saw how quickly children light up when they're engaged — singing a silly song, spotting shapes in the park, or helping a character on a screen. But so many educational apps were cluttered with ads, paywalls and data trackers.
I wanted to build something different. Something genuinely free, genuinely safe, and genuinely fun. A place where little ones could explore at their own pace, earn stickers and stars, and feel proud of what they'd learned.
That's how Woofie was born — a fluffy Chow Chow with a big heart and an even bigger love of learning. 🐕

We've designed Woofie to be as inclusive and accessible as possible:
- Works on any device with a web browser — no app download needed
- Gentle pace and clear visuals suitable for children with SEND
- No reading required to navigate — icons and audio guide the way
- No accounts needed — just open the site and play
- Parents can optionally sign in to save progress across devices — children are always asked to get a grown-up to help
